The USRA 0-6-0 was a USRA standard class of steam locomotive designed under the control of the United States Railroad Administration, the nationalized railroad system in the United States during World War I.

Damaged in a fire in August 2020. Will eventually be converted into a 2-6-0 type. Used for the Detroit & Mackinac's executive trains in the 1970s. Awaiting restoration. From Green Bros Sand & Gravel. Currently the only operational PRR steam locomotive. Cosmetically restored between 1987 and 1989. Asbestos removed and some sheet metal are replaced.

0-6-0 is the Whyte notation designation for steam locomotives with a wheel arrangement of no leading wheels, six powered and coupled driving wheels on three axles, and no trailing wheels. Historically, this was the most common wheel arrangement used on both tender and tank locomotives in versions with both inside and outside cylinders .

Road number 63 was used to switch cargo at the docks in Mobile, Ala. This was the fourth and last steam locomotive ordered by the State Docks Commission from Alco.

This 0-6-0 was built by Alco-Brooks under serial no. 52259 in November 1922 as Illinois Central 210, and went to the Washington-Western in November 1954. This pit closed in 1966, so the W-W moved a pit at Clifton, about eight miles north of here; but that operation used diesels.
