Alicia Esther Nash (née Lardé Lopez-Harrison[a]; January 1, 1933 – May 23, 2015) was a Salvadoran-American physicist. The wife of mathematician John Forbes Nash Jr., she was a mental-health care advocate, who gave up her professional aspirations to support her husband and son, who were both diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Alicia Nash was born as Alicia ¬ Esther Lopez-Harrison de Lardé on January 1, 1933, in San Salvador, El Salvador into the socially prominent, well-travelled family of Alicia (née Lopez-Harrison) and Carlos Lardé.

Alicia was strikingly beautiful, well groomed and feminine, wearing full skirts and very high heels. She was intellectually sharp, cosmopolitan, witty, and socially savvy.
