Naruto should be far beyond just spamming clones & chakra balls especially as the freaking HOKAGE. Give Naruto uzumaki sealing jutsu, all 5 chakra natures or even the Flying Thunder God! Heck even Naruto’s summoning contract with the toads has huge untapped potential. We seen first hand just how crazy Jiraiya was working with the toads.
