2024年2月29日 · @James H. (Amazon Staff) Completely exasperated over this "cannot find a registered device" problem. Cropped up two or three weeks ago. Just as others have described. My registered devices show up in my account. I don't mean to get to cross about it, but it seems to me that Amazon would regard this as an emergency situation.

2019年11月19日 · so same thing Alexa would say "tv doesnt support that". This is what worked for me so give it a shot, once the device is connected throught he alexa app and you have selected the type of tv so mine a Fire tv say "alexa turn off the fire tv". worked for me!
