Flex was insanely good 3-5 years ago (minus the part where they stole ~ 10% of my pay and the FTC had to go get it back), but they made a lot of changes that cut pay, made routes significantly more miserable, and stopped Flex Support from helping you avoid getting Bezos'd. Not to mention all the bots that auto-accept the best blocks.

2022年1月15日 · I do all of the major delivery apps, UE, DD, GH, Instacart, but my primary is Flex. I make them all fit together. I search for Flex surge routes to do at night between 5-10PM, finish that route a little early and then work another Amazon Fresh route from 10-12AM. The Amazon Fresh routes can receive decent tips which is great.

2023年10月5日 · If you think just Amazon is doing this, you’re sadly mistaken. I agree that Amazon is getting as much labor out of Flex drivers as possible at the lowest rate possible. This is a basic principle of logistics world-wide for delivery drivers, whether you’re driving your POV or driving a semi. They are going to pay you the lowest rate possible.

So far I have tried My Flex Helper, and RE-Flex. I have about 10-20% success rate to capture surge offers on My flex helper, and so far 0% success rate on RE-Flex capturing surge offers.
