Polus is a planet with exposed lava/magma very close to the surface, so the ground has to be very warm. Liquid lava: Just a common fictional trope. Any game, book, movie, you name it that has lava treats it like a liquid. It's just the status quo.

2020年10月17日 · The presence of lots of random holes in the ground which are presumably linked by underground tunnels, as well as the literal lava pit, points towards Polus being an extremely unstable planet. There's no deeper meaning to this, I just wanted to share a cool theory about the geology of Polus.
