As a Senior Vice President in the New York Office of BXP, Andy is in charge of leasing an almost 10-million-square-foot office building portfolio with nine buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He also identifies and executes acquisitions and new business opportunities.

Andy also writes popular blogs, academic papers, and articles for publications including Harvard Business Review, The Economist, The Wall St. Journal and The New York Times. He has talked about his work at the World Economic Form, TED and the Aspen Ideas Festival.

Andy is responsible for leading the regional brokerage platform; providing senior leadership across other regional business lines; further establishing the Stream brand throughout the Mid-Atlantic; and executing various principal and service-related undertakings and assignments.
