After being saved by Jotaro Kujo, she accompanies the Joestar Group as they head to Singapore. She somehow follows them from there to Pakistan and witnesses various Stand battles along the way.

Merlai Anne, also known as the Runnaway Girl, is a supporting character in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. She is a young girl that sticks around with the Crusaders after being saved by them but due to the constant danger that the group goes through they decide to send her back to Singapore so she won't end up endangered again.

There are tons of characters with unknown fates in the series, so it's not too surprising. She doesn't come back and definitely doesn't marry Jotaro, which is a good thing if you consider Jolyne's age, as she was born in 1993 when Anne would be 16-18, and also that she is 5-7 years younger than Jotaro.

Araki needs to learn how to write female characters properly and stop reducing them to background characters to be rescued by males. Should have at least stabbed one or two enemies with her switchblade or gained a Stand or Hamon to make herself useful to the plot.
