I have divided my paintings up into COUNTIES, all of which can be accessed below. I've grown up in Oxfordshire and currently live in a village called Aston Tirrold which is right at the foot of the Berkshire Downs. Some of the landmarks that attract me are The Wittenham Clumps, The Uffington White Horse and Blewburton Hill. See more.

I’ve divided my work into counties (The Devon Series, Berkshire Series) and I work continually to build a collection of landscape paintings of special places or interest from each location. As a painter I have developed my style using bold and strong colour which reflect the form, contours and light of the land.

2014年7月7日 · Today's blogpost concerns the artwork (and lovely and stylised it is) of South Oxfordshire artist Anna Dillon: I was looking for construction images of Avebury stone circle and came across her work completely by accident.

Anna Dillon. I was born in Wallingford in 1972 and attended Falmouth School of Art where I studied illustration. I was a graphic designer for over sixteen years before deciding, in 2010, to become a professional landscape artist.

About Anna Dillon I was born in Wallingford in 1972 and now live on the edge of the Berkshire Downs. I trained as an illustrator at Falmouth School of Art in Cornwall and then worked as a graphic designer for over 16 years before becoming a professional painter.

This is an exhibition of ten contemporary paintings by artist Anna Dillon, capturing the iconic features of the North Wessex Downs. Anna’s work is semi-abstract; vibrant and colourful, and takes inspiration from artists like Paul Nash and Friedrich Hundertwasser .
