2004年12月15日 · I also have been contacted by American National Recovery Group (ANRG) for back taxes owed to the town of Groton. I am active duty military with my official state of residency as Florida and have not lived in CT since Nov 2001. I responded to ANRG over a year ago. Has anyone here had any success with dealing with these people.
