Top pizza base with roast chicken, spring onion, and mozzarella. Evenly dot 1cm chunks of cream cheese over the pizza. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden. Remove from oven, add a swirl of apricot sauce, and garnish with fresh rosemary and pine nuts. Slice, and enjoy! For best results, use a pizza stone.
