摘要： 目的:分析玻璃体切除(ppv)联合羊膜覆盖术治疗复发性高度近视黄斑孔性视网膜脱离(mhrd)的效果。方法:回顾性病例系列研究。纳入郑州市第二人民医院2021年12月至2023年11月的复发性高度近视mhrd患者11例(11眼)。眼轴长度(28.36±1.27)mm。

对比玻璃体切割(ppv)联合人羊膜填塞术或内界膜翻转填塞术治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离(mhrd)的疗效。 方法 采用非随机对照临床研究方法，纳入2020年7月至2021年8月就诊于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院的高度近视MHRD患者15例16眼。

2023年12月8日 · 吕林教授分享了Kim[1]等人的一项关于手术复位高度近视MHRD远期预后的研究。 该研究结果显示，在PPV术后3年的随访中，视力在术后6个月至1年达到高峰，然后逐渐下降。
