2020年11月29日 · Arctis 9 randomly shutting off. Audio My brand new Arctis 9 keeps randomly shutting off and the inactivity setting is set to "Never" though if I try to mess with it at all, that also turns it off.

2021年11月1日 · Switched from the Arctis 7 to the 9 today, audio quality is so poor that it got me wondering if I had software compatibility issues, to the point I spent 3 hours googling for potential fixes and doing step by step reinstallations. Nothing helped, sound is so tinny and low quality, everything sounds muffled and audio in games is unberable.

I do take it off from time to time to let my ears breathe, but I have a big head and possibly big ears, I might look for replacement cups once my stock ones wear out.

Currently with the black friday deals there is a 85€ difference in the price, however I can’t really find in what areas the Arctis 9 is better compared to the Arctis 7 wireless.

2021年7月17日 · I wanted to try SS and the Arctis 9 has a great sound profile to me and the adjustability that I want but at this point, I have tried everything to try and get rid of the crackling and popping. Really dampens my listening experience. Wondering if anyone else is having this problem or if there is a possible solution. Thanks!
