The Upper South Cave is a cave to the north of the swamp on The Island. The cave contains the Artifact of the Pack, needed to summon the Megapithecus. This large cave was considered one of the hardest caves prior to the Snow Cave and Swamp Cave, added in PC Update v252.0.

2017年4月5日 · With the secret entrance to the artifact, I've brought in a baryonyx and just shoved it into the cliff there, and can hop off on the upper ledge. No grapples required. You can climb that hidden wall with a wolf as well. No need to go all the way around the maze.
