2011年2月11日 · When i was in, BFT was within normal time for 17-29 year olds, then when you hit 30 you had an extra 2 minutes added on, then from 40 years old you were exempt. (I know that S/F, Paras and Crabs had their own time rules)But generally, Any changes from 20 years ago ?

2009年4月2日 · Worst BFT route of all time was in 28 Engr Regt (Hameln) when you had to run through town and in total you had to negotiate 29 right hand corners which slowed you right down. But when there was a BFT tickle test then we had to run next to the river Wasse which was a very straight route and the average time was 9 minutes with no failures.

Youngsters got 10 mins 30s. 11mins at 30 years, 11.30 at 35 years and so on.

2016年4月2日 · Even long before the Falklands there were two fitness test in the infantry, the army standard bft and a CFT both done twice yearly. The Bft was standard and the CFT was to replace the ten mile demo forced march! It was 8 miles usually allowed two hours and was done in boots, denims, jackets combat, cefo and platoon weapons!
