1991年1月1日 · The properties of the metastable PL (PL2) centers, which are generated by band-gap irradiation at low temperature, are studied. The peak energy of the PL2 emission spectrum and the intensity of PL2 are only weakly dependent on the excitation energy from 1.6 to 2.2eV although the absorption coefficient has exponential energy-dependence in the range.

1982年8月1日 · Time resolved photoluminescence (PL) spectra of a -As 2 S 3 are reported in the range 0–100 nsec after the excitation light pulse. After a very careful correction for apparatus spectral response, there is no large shift of the PL line as previously reported, but only an increase of the high energy side of the PL spectrum at short times.

2025年2月27日 · We investigated laser-induced structural and photoluminescence (PL) changes in thermally evaporated and spin-coated vitreous As2S3 films. Pulsed (λ = 515 nm, τ = 300 fs) and continuous (λ = 532 nm) laser irradiation was used as a method allowing structural modification without changing the chemical composition of As2S3 films.

It is shown that As2S3 is an interesting alternative, with a similar anisotropy to bP, while at the same time having a much higher chemical stability and up to 65% difference in the resonance frequency, depending on crystal orientation and aspect ratio of membranes.
