Historically, UNS N08637 tubing has proven difficult to flare in strict accordance with SAE AS4330. This alternate method, coupled with the more stringent torque requirements in 4.7.2 for leak checks, has been used successfully to ensure proper contact between the tube flare, sleeve, and fitting nose seal.
