But I wouldn't say it's essential or that the lack of AWD makes the GTI inherently less fun or anything even remotely so severe -- it's a great little turbo hatch! A3/S3 is only available in my market as a sedan, so GTI/R have an immediate boost in practicality there.

2012年1月28日 · The R-tronic transmission is essentially a single-clutch manual with computer brain controlling the thing. Takes a bit of getting used to, especially in parking garages, going over small speed bumps, etc.

I agree with your general point. Especially it was my experience in the past, but now with air suspensions being quite common, I find them very comparable. I don’t know if it’s just a perceived feeling, but the air suspension gives me the “wafting around” experience. On that point, I wish Audi made it easy to choose the size of rims/tires.

2021年4月24日 · First, welcome to the club. Audi will allow 5 map updates after the initial install. Unfortunately, they’re 5 sequential updates and have now expired for the 2018 model year. The most up-to-date one should be for Fall 2020.

This is the only car ive had longer than 1 year out of choice, its comfortable, enough room for dog 2 kids and wife, 200bhp, ues its not got all the fancy tech due to the age, bit aftermarket radio with bluetooth is all i needed ...

2023年11月18日 · In my personal opinion, I think any audi a3 2015 and beyond are the most reliable. It's apart of the mqb platform with the vw golf and audi tt, and has a gen 3 ea888 motor.
