Bagyi Aung Soe (Burmese: ဗဂျီ အောင်စိုး [bədʑì ʔàʊɰ̃ só]; 1924–1990) was a Burmese painter [1] renowned for his modernistic, semi-abstract art, which caused such a shock in Burma when it appeared that many called it "psychopathic art". [2]

Lieutenant General Aung Soe (Burmese: အောင်စိုး, born 3 December 1963 in Bassein, Burma [1]) is a former Burmese military officer and general secretary of the Union Solidarity and Development Party, the Burmese military's proxy political party.

2020年7月28日 · Maj-Gen Aung Thu succeeded him as deputy home affairs minister. He returned to his military duties in May and Maj-Gen Soe Tint Naing replaced him. Lt-Gen Kyaw Swe, who has close ties with State Counselor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, retired in early 2020 and joined the military’s auxiliary forces.

Aung Soe Min is known for his artistic advocacy and attempts to fight against censorship and freedom of expression. [15][10] His projects include: the Pansodan Gallery and Archives (founded in 2008), Pansurya, [16] and Pansodan Scene. [17][3] He served as interim editor of Thint Bawa Magazine in 1996. He founded Thet Daung Yaungzin Journal in 2002.
