The unit managed to arrive undetected by the Separatist fleet but was forced to crash land due to weather conditions which were unexpected.

All clones from cadets up to the instructors and the garrisoned units contributed to the defense of their home, including the 32nd. The production of clone units was slowed in the aftermath of the assault, and so the first deployment of the 32nd saw them redesignated as an infantry unit under the command of an Arkanian Jedi Master named Garne Mund.
