She took part in the 2011 World Netball Series in Liverpool and was Australia's best player for the series. She represented Australia again in the Fast5 series in 2013 and 2014. [8] On 25 October 2015, Brazill made her senior debut for Australia in the third test of the 2015 Constellation Cup series against New Zealand.

During Ash’s career she bounced back strong after suffering a serious knee injury sustained while playing in the AFLW in 2020 and finished her career with strong outings for the Diamonds at the 2022 Commonwealth Games and 2023 Netball World Cup.

Only to hit the track for Collingwood’s AFLW team a few weeks later. Brazill has then travelled across Australia in a van with her wife and kids.

After a successful AFLW season in 2019, Ash starred for the club in the Suncorp Super Netball Season earning Team of the Year selection and also being selected to play for Australia in the Trans Tasman series against New Zealand where the Aussies won the series.
