2007年2月14日 · No one knows what it is. You can uncheck it in the Temperatures list in SpeedFan to ignore it. It's probably not a fan, as fans do not have thermal sensors. At least I don't have any thermal sensors on on my fan, and I still have AUX 127. I think AUX indicates a failure to read a thermal sensor that simply doesn't exist on the motherboard.

2015年8月13日 · CPU Fan header is for the fan that cools your CPU CPU_OPT header is for the 2nd fan on a CPU air cooler Sys / Aux fans are for case fans and other fans. Dependoing on the MoBo, they may be all PW< or not...most common is PWM for CPU / CPU_OPT. Z87 CHA / SYS / AUX are almost all DCV and Z97 is mostly both.

2010年11月20日 · Okay, I looked -every fan is running. All 3 case fans, the cpu fan, the gpu fan. The fan in the psu seems to not be as strong as the other fans, but it's running. I actually had it on carpet and now it's propped up for better airflow, but there was no change in temps after doing that really. I think AUX means Power aux....

2024年8月3日 · The fan you have is not called the aux fan. It is the main fan (for 2000 E320), so the controller is N76, which is different than the aux fan control module (N65). The N76 controller has a fuse which may be loose, or worn out. There may be wiring issue or the ECU (engine computer) issue that controls the fan speed.

2009年10月23日 · In Hardware Monitor, if Aux is being read from an unassigned input, then just ignore it. In SpeedFan, Aux can simply be disabled, and therefore ignored. My Aux temperature is currently 17c, which isn't possible, since ambient is 25c.

2025年1月25日 · The full speed fan relay is the larger one with a built in 40 amp fuse, and it is triggered by the climate control unit sensing the coolant is 110*f. The diagram for the 350SD/L is incorrect (only showing one fan); the diagram for the 91 300SE/L matches what my 91 SDL had (less the trans upshift delay relay, the diesel doesn't have this system).

2020年6月4日 · The aux fan is really only there to handle the situation where the engine driven fan isn't enough due to low engine RPM. So, you have a range of temperature from the point where the thermostat starts to open and the point where the last device (aux fan) kicks on that all represents normal operation.
