4-Cable Method (aka :4CM") presets require a special setup with connectors both in front of and in the effects loop of a real amp. Fx Loop presets in the loop of a real amp. A loop may be SERIES or PARALLEL and the preset needs to be built accordingly. Gtr Amp Input presets should be used in front of a (real) head or combo.

2011年12月30日 · When I first updated the firmware, I was like "oh no...what have I done" because there seemed to be a lack of low end and a "transister radio" tone with a majority of the high gain amps. For the record, the clean to mid crunch tones sounded way more realistic and up front. So I turned off the Axe-FX just to give my ears a break.
