The Barnes4WD Universal axle truss is designed to be a strong attachment point for any link suspension on any axle. The truss is made from one piece of 1/4" steel that is CNC laser cut and CNC bent in house with American steel.

Our truss is made from 1/4" and if you add more material to the top it just makes it harder to keep the rig low to achieve a low center of gravity. With the increased foot print of our trusses they will also add structural rigidity to your axle and help prevent your axle from bending and warping.
