Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is generally divided into 2 main types, based on whether it starts in B lymphocytes (B cells) or T lymphocytes (T cells). There are many different types of B-cell lymphomas. Treatment usually depends both on the type of lymphoma and the stage (extent) of the disease, but many other factors can be important as well.

早在2017年美国食品药品监督管理局批准了第一种car-t细胞治疗方法axi-cel用于治疗成人复发或者难治性b细胞nhl，包括dlbcl、原发纵隔b细胞淋巴瘤、高级别b细胞淋巴瘤和转化的fl，这些都为nhl患者提供了非常有效的治疗选择。

弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤( diffuse large B cell lymphoma, DLBCL )，DLBCL是最常见的NHL,约占所有成人NHL的30%～40% ,我国的发病率更高一些。 DLBCL在形态学、生物学行为和临床上具有显著异质性,2008 WHO分类将其进一步分成非特指性(NOS) 、特殊亚型和独立疾病三类。

非霍奇金淋巴瘤（nhl）是具有很强异质性的一组独立疾病的总称。在我国也是比较常见的一种肿瘤，在常见恶性肿瘤排位中在前10位以内。nhl病变是主要发生在淋巴结、脾脏、胸腺等淋巴器官，也可发生在淋巴结外的淋巴组织和器官的淋巴造血系统的恶性肿瘤。
