It just so happened that armoured cars were the main striking force of the Soviet units on the eastern bank of the Khalkh river (Khalkhin Gol) on July 3rd, 1939.

The cannon was used to combat enemy armored vehicles: tanks, self-propelled guns, and armored cars. Its armor penetration was more than sufficient for the 1930s.
