Lets say frame x has a BB drop of 60 and frame y has a BB drop of 65 and both have same stack and reach… Let me also throw head tube angle into the mix. 72.5 vs 73. 2020年5月8日 · 69mm BB drop. I’d prefer in the 75-80 range on a gravel bike. Reach is quite short in all sizes as well. I don’t know enough about how differing geometry changes how the bike handles to have an opinion. I do know I’ll be more on the road so the BB drop is likely okay for me. Also, my S1 BB is 68, CGR 69, 3T 70. Not all that big a difference.

2008年1月23日 · about half this 15mm difference is sucked up in BB drop. the cervelo’s BB sits about three-quarters of a centimeter higher relative to the wheelbase centerline. so, when you ride a cervelo you’re hiked up toward the head tube top, making the bike effectively smaller for you, as regards how the bike will fit.

2007年9月27日 · Despite the longer rear centre the Kalibur handles really nicely, frankly the nicest handling small tri bike that I have ever ridden. The Front centre is also approximately 2 cm longer than the Lucero and finally the BB drop is slightly lower than what Cervelo or QR offer in its tri bikes, which seems to make for excellent handling.
