2022年2月20日 · Started as a SRPE55. Swapped in TokeiLab snowflake dial and handset (love the black centers!). Added a TokeiLab slim caseback and it's sitting on a LIW SRPE bracelet, which tapers to 16mm, and is a big step up from the OEM one, IMO. First time doing a slim caseback on a SRPE - it's about 10.7mm thick now, and it's such a joy to wear as a result.

2023年9月3日 · Pretty much what others have said, the srpe is better as a daily watch, the srpd is more sporty but can also definitely be a great daily too. I’d say just pick the one you like more.

2020年6月22日 · Their own renders make all these SRPE's bezels look the same but Long Island Watches promo renders show them more accurately, with shiny bezels. They didn't have a listing for for the 61, though and I couldn't find a 'live' shot anywhere, either.

2021年1月26日 · I was curious about experiences with the new Seiko 5 SRPE series, the model wit a fixed bezel. With Covid it’s not possible to visit jewellers and using search I couldn’t find much here. These have really grown on me.

Much prefer the original. The gilt makes no sense on a modern style watch, the jubilee makes it look like a want to be Rolex, and the price is really high for a simple 3 hander. The T-Fit and in house movement are great, but you can find an original BB36 for around $2k lightly used vs this new 36 for around $4k after taxes.

Not only does it make the watch an attractive option for women, while still being a completely wearable size for men, but it evokes an historic, vintage vibe that speaks directly to its place within Tudor’s heritage collection.
