2024年8月27日 · i just downloaded bf2 through steam and put it inside Battlefield 2 subfolder where launcher exe is. But then launcher just made a new folder called 'Phoenix games' and downloads the client again.

2015年9月15日 · Update: One of the guys in the comments showed me a working solution. As far as I know, BF2's completely incompatible with Windows 10. If anyone knows a solution for this, please, feel free to let me know. For now, if you own Windows 10, don't buy this game off of anywhere(yes, I know it's not on Steam, anymore).
