Borohydride - Wikipedia
In its coordination complexes, the borohydride ion is bound to the metal by means of one to three bridging hydrogen atoms. [9][3][10] In most such compounds, the [BH4]− ligand is bidentate. Some homoleptic borohydride complexes are volatile. One example is uranium borohydride.
Theoretical study on interaction of different coordination modes of BH4 ...
2005年1月3日 · In all isomers studied here, the charge is transferred from BH 4 ligand (which is the electron donor through σ-bonding electron pair of B–H) to central metal, but also the CO ligands receive part of this charge. Examining each isomer structure separately, we found that the charge transferred is larger for the most stable conformation.

In all complexes, in solution the borohydride ligand undergoes rapid internal motion, with all four boron-bound hydrogens interchanging environments. The barriers for BH 4 reorientation (measured by NMR spectroscopy) are in the sequence FeH (DMPE) 2 (BH) 4 > FeH (DEPE) 2 (BH) 4 > FeH (DPrPE) 2 (BH 4 ).
Coordination mode and stability of the tetrahydroborate ligand in …
The stability of the BH 4 − ligand is influenced by both the coordination mode and the nature of the metal centre. The BH 3 species is released more easily from complexes with less electron rich metal centres. Following the series of Ni, Pd, and Pt, complexes with the same pincer ligand more easily lose a BH 3 moiety.

Coordination Modes and Hydride Exchange Dynamics in …
This contribution reviews the structural and dynamical properties of mononuclear transition metal complexes with tetrahydroborate ligands. Three different coordination modes involving one (η1), two (η2) or three (η3) bridging hydrogen atoms are possible for the BH4 – ligand.
Bcl-2 and IP3 compete for the ligand-binding domain of IP3Rs
2019年4月16日 · The main findings of this study are that (1) IP 3 R1 inhibition by the anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 protein is modulated by the ligand, IP 3, and thus by the level of IP 3 R activity; (2) Bcl-2, via its BH4 domain, has a novel target, represented by the LBD of IP 3 R1, a domain distinct from the modulatory region; (3) Bcl-2 and IP 3 display a mutual ...
