To address maintenance efficiencies and functional limitations with aged dormitories, dining halls and associated infrastructure, the U.S. Air Force engaged Merrick & Company for multi-year program to design new, state-of-the-art BMT facilities.

2020年6月8日 · I went through about 3 years ago but from what i hear I think they still use some old dorms. Probably mostly new by now. No real difference really except more working showers and laundry room either downstairs or in your dorm.

US Air Force Basic Training - Baseops
You will be assigned to a “flight,” a group of 30-60 trainees within a “Squadron.” Each flight will have several TI’s assigned to guide the trainees through BMT. The first few days (Zero week) will be spent getting haircuts, issuing equipment and clothing, and explaining the basics of dorm life.
