Since 2021, a BMW ID has allowed customers to make their BMW vehicle a specially personalized BMW vehicle and to benefit from a range of functions. The BMW ID allows individual settings such as seat, recent destination, favorites for radio stations or the color of the ambient lighting to be saved.

You can create a BMW ID in the My BMW App, in the My BMW portal on the Internet or in your BMW with Operating System 7 or newer. Select "Register now" on the login page of the My BMW App or the My BMW portal.
