2020年11月25日 · The difference is the motor. The m240i has an updated turbo inline six (b58). I'd go with the m235i because they're going to be significantly less expensive than the m240i as it's a last gen motor (n55). That means there is a ton of r&d already done. Lots of how-to guides, after market support etc. m235i is the better bang for the buck.

2018年11月18日 · But it probably won't compare to a IS350's or a Q60S' reliability. As for me, I wanted a M235i and I had experience owning 10+ year old Bimmers. Find one with a detailed history and get a trusted BMW indy. Sometimes the dealer has specials on regular maintenance, but it's always good to have a second opinion for big ticket items.

Saw a good deal on a 2016 bmw m235i xdrive with 60k miles and am considering buying it as I want something quick and fun but still decently practical. What worries me is that I always hear how unreliable bmws are but I did some research and have seen a lot of good reviews on the car.

I’ve always been a BMW fanatic and I am somewhat savvy with them, but I’ve led myself down a new rabbit hole of wanting an F22 M235i (N55). I’ve found one local on Marketplace but he’s got a few mods on it that I’m trying to better understand ownership with these type of mods.

BMW's M235i Gran Coupe is a really nice car. It has still the best interior quality within that market segment of cars imo but if its based on driving experience and on road performance I think you will have more fun with an Audi S3 Sedan or if you can bear having a Hatchback a Golf R MK8.

2021年6月11日 · New vs the Previous Gen. My opinion is the interiors have lost character. The front has lost the BMW look and looks slightly generic, iconic grille is gone, iconic two light design is gone and strong lines are replaced with soft lines and plain panels.

I came from a 2018 Chevy Colorado (career change) and the only thing I really miss is Apple CarPlay. Do you all know what the easiest way to get this in my BMW? I appreciate your help!

2023年3月16日 · We love BMW for its phenomenal rear-wheel-drive feel. The 2014-2016 M235i was rear-wheel-drive for S3 money, and it was good. (Although the steering was lifeless, and the straight-six puts enough weight over the front to severely impact handling - making the M2 sportier, but also the 228i Track Handling Pack.)

2023年5月4日 · I had the same dilemma six months ago. I actually went for the M235i. Both similar power out the box. (B58 is a beast and gets more and more fans daily but N55 is no slouch). My decision was swayed because the M235i I went for was 6MT with one previous owner and very low miles.
