2012年1月10日 · I don't know that you can expect much from BMW-NA, as BMW-NA, I think, considers dealerships to be independent businesses whose conduct BMW-NA has no control over. Dealerships are obviously expected to meet certain standards, but if it's not a warranty issue, I doubt BMW-NA would particularly involve itself here.
