2005年4月11日 · With 292/284 cams using Schrick or BMW MS race springs would result in needless wear, parasitic drag, and cost. If I were you, with your cams, I would use Sport EVO valve springs with stock BMW retainers and hardware (as long as your valves are compatible) and invest in the Arrow shim under buckets.

I am right at the end of my S14 turbo build. My engine had 100k miles, rebuilt with block bored to 2.4L, standard rods and crank. JE low compression 8.2:1, composite head gasket and 650cc injectors, Garrett GT3076R, tail 44mm wastegate.

2008年5月9日 · Eliminate the standard M10 motor mounts, use stock S14 mounts on a fully welded 2002 subframe with modified S14 motor mount arms . . . along with stock S14 tranny mounts and the vibes are gone . . sounds simple . . . I can add some pictures to this thread another time if the demand is there.
