2021年5月16日 · BMW contracts out those extended warranties using other warranty companies, just like aftermarket warranty companies. In my case, I usually aggressively pay off my cars when I can (within 5 years) so if a repair is required, the $$ hit is a bit less since I most likely won't have a car payment - on average I keep my cars 10yrs/125k miles.

If you need it right now, BMW has a few in stock and if you have some connections with those dealing with parts they may be able to get one (Key is not formally available, they will have to do it for you as a courtesy.
