BNSF 4331, my attempt at replicating a strange Topeka shop rebuild unit from a pair of HO scale ScaleTrains C44-9W models, is nearly complete. Somewhere around 65-70 safety and data decals were added around the model.

There are at least three BNSF C44-9W units that have received various lengths of long-hood shells off other (different painted) BNSF C44-9Ws. BNSF 4331 was the first I discovered with H1 grafted to H2. BNSF 4729 is another H2 model with a red and silver BNSF Warbonnet midsection, and several H1 doors and panels under the cab.
