There are two BNSF jobs that work out of Golden. The Beer Run operates between Golden and Denver. It will build the outbound train from the BNSF yard and the Coors North Yard. On the return, it drops off cars for Coors in the Coors East Yard and everything else goes to the BNSF yard in Golden. Generally runs in the AM, and again at night if needed.

BNSF has a local out of LVJ. Works north to maybe Tacoma. Coming back south sometimes in daylight. Power often SD-75. Both UP and BNSF are not daily and I haven't followed to verify days of the week. BNSF is overall heavy hitter with a great variety of trains, coal, grain, freight, intermodal, & also garbage.

The expansion of the BNSF Intermodal yard , that was completed in 2009, consists of a new 185-acre, innovative intermodal facility using rail-mounted wide-span cranes and an automated gate system. The expansion increases the facility’s capacity from 250,000 annual cargo lifts to more than 1 million annual lifts.

In simple terms in the west, UP has most GM, Ford, Chrysler. BNSF has most of the foreign based manufactures production from US plants. There are exceptions where they both have some of the traffic. BNSF has a Yale auto yard in Memphis which builds auto trains for Chicago, LA area, Richmond CA, and some to Clovis NM.
