2024年12月14日 · Adding to what @Lսkе says, one step not in the YouView help there is to try plugging the aerial directly into the TV, and seeing if things are OK there or not. Matter of fact, that would always be my suggestion for the first thing to try, tells you if it’s the aerial or not, saves you agonising over box settings if it is.

2025年2月10日 · I have Now direct since leaving BT TV as it was called and picture quality is very good when watching HD. I Have entertainment , Sky Cinema and Boost. EPG on EETV is fine. It can go back 7 days or forward 7 days. You will also find that the box dont have all the same apps that you get with Sky Q. If you go for the pro box.

2023年2月25日 · If you subscribe to BT TV, swap to the BT Smart Hub and add a Multiroom subscription, BT will send you a BT Mini TV Box anyway, so the one from CeX is redundant whichever way you cut it. You can watch many of the Freeview channels live via the catch up apps (iPlayer, itvX etc.) on your Fire Stick.

2025年3月7日 · Re: Bt Youview tv box If BT sent you a box as part of your subscription and it was a loan device, you'll need to return the same box and not a replacement one because I'd imagine they'll be tracked against the serial number.

2025年1月28日 · Regarding the BT email it has been resent but is just talking about where the Eurosport content is going (I.e. onto the 4 existing TNT channels). No answers around my package question so I can either believe Discovery’s email (that I am losing sport) or BT (that i keep the TNT channels I already have without any loss of content).

2023年10月2日 · I'm glad your TV Box Pro and TV Box Mini are working again. It seems like your remote (which connects via Bluetooth) may need to be re-paired to the TV Box Pro. To re-connect, press and hold the Home and 7 buttons together, the power light (BT logo) button on the remote should flash indicating the remote is now paired with the TV Box Pro.

2024年10月23日 · I've had a quick look and do see some YVM104 errors from your TV Box Pro around 18:50-19:00 on 16/10 (last Wednesday) which was just after the hub reported the sending station (i.e. your TV Box) leaving the 5Ghz band which is probably why the TV Box itself reported the Internet being unavailable (which is what YVM104 is triggered by).

2024年12月2日 · No doubt the excuse from EE/BT is that it will take loads of more testing. I imagine some of us work in software development and the testing should have been done before product release. And whatever happened to Now TV 4k? Sometimes I think EE/BT see TV as a loss leader so as to sell broadband, no different to Tesco and Sainsburys selling books.
