I can't use a Kirkland Signature scoop for a tub of Enfamil Gentlease because they are not the same size/volume of formula. So selecting the right setting on the brezza is selecting the scoop size you need.

I contacted customer service back in December when we started using HiPP. Figuring out the setting is confusing reason I emailed them the front and back of the packaging.

We just switched to powdered formula from RTF for our 5 week old bub. Got the baby brezza pro advanced, but I'm a bit confused on how to use it. The kendamil website mentions boiling water and cooling down to 70C and mix the formula. And I gather from other subs that it's to kill the bacteria in the powder.

Setting 4 (the recommended setting from Brezza) worked great within a couple grams, then suddenly dropped down to like 232g and stayed there, so I moved up to setting 5. 5 was bang on for a while, then started giving 250+, and I had to go all the way down to 3 to fix it again.
