You can easily add your User Music folder however by right clicking it to choose Properties, then from Location tab Move it into the OneDrive folder after creating a Music folder there for that purpose. I do this with all User folders for years to sync …

2017年2月4日 · Hi there - it depends what you want to back up... WMP itself is part of the OS (that's all systems since and inc. W7) It's a good idea to create a system back-up while it's in good shape. If you are referring to music/pictures/video that you use with WMP - then it's those original files that you want to copy to another drive.

Although I plan to do so before backing them up using the new functionality, I had expected to see the option to backup the Music and Videos folders in the new interface.

I used mklink to get Music Folder into the OneDrive main folder and, indeed, chose it as a protested folder. However, unlike the protected folders on the OneDrive partition, the Music files were physically copied to the OneDrive partition, nearly filling it.

2023年1月27日 · However, when setting up OneDrive on the laptop, I was presented with the option to back up only the Desktop, Documents, and Pictures libraries to OneDrive (which I did). These folders sync automatically as desired. This is the view that I am currently presented from the Manage Backups section of my OneDrive Settings.
