It would probably also come relative far into the story, maybe even in act 3, so I wouldn't expect a full vampire playthrough except as Astarion.

Basic Vampire spawn is marked as 1,800 XP, divided across a party of four means 450 XP for each spawn killed. Times the sheer number, you're looking at 3.15 million XP per party member. Pretty sure that's an instant level 20, even if you halved it with whatever blend of excuses from them being starved and entrapped or w/e.

2023年8月15日 · The game attempts to emotionally blackmail the player into allowing several thousand vampire spawn to roam free - because some of these spawn are (were) children. It's clever because I know a lot of players will believe THIS is the good ending and feel pressured into allowing them to go free. Except, this is the most EVIL choice you can make.

2024年1月30日 · You can become a vampire if you let Astarion ascend to a High Vampire status and your MC is in close relationship with him at the moment. If both, he will propose to make MC a spawn at the very next long rest after the Ascension, as it is the best way to tie MC to him for ever and (in his new sight) the best of all gifts in return.
