Built in 1927, the building has been transformed into a 10,000 square foot Special event facility that has been completely and meticulously restored and features 12 foot ceilings throughout with original hard wood floors.

Alvaton Banquet Hall is now offering Facility only rental! We welcome you to invite your own licensed and insured caterer, bartender, florist, decor designer, DJ/MC, photographer, videographer and event planner/coordinator. We also have a preferred list of these vendor that we enjoy working closely with to share upon your request.
