And Chloral Hydrate is really shitty, I've tried it for my debilitating insomnia and the risks vs rewards is definitely leaning heavily on the side of too risky for little reward. I much prefer benzodiazepines, temazepam IMO is best for insomnia.

I tried to kill myself with phenobarbital a few years ago. I took them over too long a period of time and passed out after only 7 or 8 60mg pills.

2014年3月7日 · In particular, benzos combine multiplicatively with barbiturates rather than additively, so mixing hydrocodone, butalbital, and alprazolam is a really good way to accidentally kill yourself. So far you seem to be surviving OK; there's no guarantees that you'll be safe if you later increase the doses of any of those three meds.
