Phase Variation Batta-Augments (大量発生型相変異バッタオーグ, Tairyō Hassei-gata Sōhen'i Batta Ōgu, Polymorphic Plague-Type Batta-Augs) are a special Shocker task force under Ichiro Midorikawa's command in Shin Kamen Rider.

The Non-human Synthetic Hybrid Augments (人外合成型オーグメント, Jingai Gōsei-gata Ōgumento), commonly known as the Aug (オーグ, Ōgu), are monsters created by Shocker from the biological modification of humans with the Prana of different creatures. The Augments are a general term for Shocker's remodeled humans.
