Becky Falls contains important habitats such as it's waterways and woodland. We are proud have both Ancient Woodland and Ancient Trees. Becky Falls as an SSSI has been declared to have high conservation value, and this needs to be protected.
Visitor Information - Becky Falls
The Blue Trail is a gentler walk through the ancient oak woodland and is where you'll find our Children's Nature Challenge. The Red Trail is where you will discover our stunning waterfall and its dramatic 70ft cascade at the heart of the park.
Explore - Becky Falls
In a landscape carved out in the last Ice Age over 12,000 years ago, the Becky Falls waterfall sits at the heart of the park in a stunning boulder strewn valley. The waterfall itself is over 70ft high and over 35ft wide in parts where the Becka Brook runs between the huge granite boulders and onward down the Bovey Valley.

Take time to explore over 50 acres of woodland and streams which are rich in wildlife. There are three trails to enjoy. The Blue Trail is a gentler walk through the ancient oak woodland and is where you'll find our Children's Nature Challenge
Walking - Becky Falls
The Blue Trail takes you though a part of the ancient oak woodland that is a particular favourite of ours. Keep a look out for the wild flowers and if you're really quiet you might see some wild deer, squirrels and a whole host of wild birds.

We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment during peak times. Booking online will also speed up your entry into the park.

We endeavour to provide a safe environment for visitors but please remember that the Becky Falls Park is an ancient woodland with fast flowing rivers and some steep drops. ALWAYS stay on the footpaths and take great care.

We are a Site of Special Scientific Interest and therefore the woodland is completely natural with tree roots, boulders, steep steps etc. If you don’t have your own child carrier these are available on loan free of charge (a returnable deposit required).
