2009年1月19日 · The 9241 appears to have a completely different set of remote codes. None of the MX-500's built-in satellite codes work either. (The MX-500 is a few years old, but it worked flawlessly with my old 5800 receiver.) Either there is a new set of codes, or the 9241 is only responding to UHF and ignoring IR codes.

2011年12月24日 · I have a HD PVR, 9241. I was receiving the dreaded error 311 the other night where it would prompt to unplug and replug the receiver in after 1 minute. I decided to do a quick hard drive diagnostics on it. The result said "NO_HARD_DRIVE_FOUND" and then I rebooted the receiver by holding down the power button on the panel.

External hard drives are only supported on Bell Satellite TV receiver models 9241, 9242 and 9400. They must be active and on the same account.
