Overclocking increases voltages and you may inadvertently get a dangerous voltage. Fan speed is a trade off between airflow and noise. Set the curve so that you do not hear the fan at idle or normal desktop operations.

2022年11月29日 · The highest fan speed at 4K native max settings (99-100% GPU usage all the time) is 35% (custom fan curve set to 35% at 70c), the edge temps never goes above 70 degree Celsius and the hotspot temp remains under 85c. If the game is running at 1080p native, the temp never crosses above 60c and the fan speed is always <=20%.

2023年5月9日 · Cheap but silent ~1800RPM fans, not very good but gets the job done. Also, it's normal for the GPU to run hotter and get to it's higher temperature first, and I just use the motherboard fan curve based on the CPU temperature. My CPU will only reach more than 65ºC in a full load situation, so I rather get them spinning at full speed before that.

I spent a few days tinkering with curve settings because of the unpleasant sound of my cooler ramping up and down and here's what I suggest: set the fan to a constant speed up until 50-55C or so and raise the speed from there.
