Favorite Legendaries: Gen 3. While Mewtwo is my favorite Legendary of all time, it's hard to beat Gen 3's combination of Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Latios, and Latias. Favorite Elite Four & Champion: Gen 5 and Gen 3. When I think of an Elite Four & Champion, I want there to be types that I consider as "cool" (i.e. Dragon, Psychic, Dark, Ghost).
