Aside from that, Valkyria Chronicles is probably the best SRPG not to use a top down view and a really fantastic game overall.

2011年9月11日 · Dragon Force is probably the best of the bunch, but I'll have to go with Terra Phantastica - for one thing, it's easily the most challenging SRPG I've listed, with lengthy and clever battles that should test the most hardened SRPG gamer. Also, I love the beautiful Medieval-Europe style that sets it apart from a lot of Japanese SRPGs.

2005年12月31日 · It's overall the best SRPG released in the US so far (out of those that i've played, which is the majority of SRPGs released in the US, although I haven't played any of the Growlanser games). If you find that you need something that has more focus on the RPG in SRPG, then go for Disgaea.

2005年10月15日 · The best SRPG ever is Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber, and it's also my #4 favorite game of all time. There's not much strategy involved, though.
